The Dig In At Marsden is implementing a signature collection campaign for a Class Action Suit, otherwise known as a Representative Action lawsuit. This will likely be against past and present members of Refining NZ and Channel Infrastructure’s Management.

We have secured evidence that several individuals have engaged in financial mismanagement. We believe that they have done this to diminish the financial viability of refining capabilities. We believe that this is being done internationally to create a scarcity of fuel supply.
